B.) A Yes You Can! “Qualifications Summary & Authorization” illustrating

- Your strengths and qualifications for Yes You Can! financing

- Professional recommendations for qualification improvements in order

to get traditional bank financing in the future.

3rd Step:

When you have either a traditional Pre-Qualification Letter or a Yes You Can! Qualifications Summary, we will show you a list of eligible homes and help you get an offer accepted. Finally, deposits are made. Inspections are done. Closing is held. Please note: The Yes You Can! program can help even if you don’t buy a home!

Finally:

The Yes You Can! home buyer moves into their home and continues to work with their list of qualification remedies. When the Yes You Can! client completes their improvements, they may continue with Seller Financing, or if preferred, switch to traditional mortgage financing in order to gain more control and lower their monthly payments.
